Within 30 days you may return your item for a refund. Returned items are subject to a 10 to 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the cost of the item. Refund will come in form of a check or refund through our Credit Card processor. Consumer must notify VeloFuze prior to returning item in the form of email. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of returned goods. Items that were returned used, not complete, opened or installed are not covered in our return policy and no refund will be submitted for these returns. Items returned outside our 30 return window will be dealt on a case by case basis.

This information contains but is not limited to: Contact name, billing address, phone and email. VeloFuze does not store credit card or financial institutional information.

Our items ship within 1 business day Monday Thru Friday. Orders placed after Friday at 2pm eastern standard time, will ship the following Monday. At times, we may ship thru Saturday. You will receive an email notice when your item has shipped along with any corresponding tracking information.
International Shipping Guidelines:
Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.” These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.” “We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.”
International Shipping Time:
Our items ship within 1 business day Monday Thru Friday. Orders placed after Friday at 2pm will ship the following Monday. Buyers will need to check with their local postal service for variations of shipping time from the United States. 1st Class Mail International can take anywhere from 1 week to several or more weeks. Priority Mail International typically arrives within 6 to 14 days. Again, it is best to check with your local postal service for shipping time for packages coming from the United States.
All products sold on the VeloFuze site will function as described. If consumer feels that the product fail to perform as described a replacement to the item will be offered. It is required that the damaged item be returned prior to the replacement being sent. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of consumer. This warranty is limited only to original owner/buyer of product.
