Our Boost Hub conversion kit allows you to use a non-boost 12mm thru axle rear hub/wheel with 142mm spacing to fit boost spaced 148mm frames. This Boost Hub Adapter Kit uses one 6mm Disc Brake Rotor Spacer along with one 6mm Hub/Skewer Spacer. The chainline will remain the same but you will have to re-dish the wheel. 6 extra-long T-25 Torx bolts are also included. Blue (serviceable) thread locking compound is required on the mounting hardware and follow hub/rotor manufacturer torque specifications when installing.
Though this won’t give you all the benefits of a traditional Boost Hub/Wheel, you will still benefit by being able to run your existing 142mm rear wheel on 148mm Boost spaced frames. This opens many possible options on tire sizes and eliminates the immediate need to go spend hundreds on another wheelset. VeloFuze wanted to create a universal kit, good to fit most hubs without limitations. This is quite simply the most universal Boost Conversion kit you will find.
